Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice): 50% of the session fee may be charged • Non-attendance without notice: full session fee will be charged Consideration may be given to exceptional circumstances.
